Quality assurance at Enso Dental

We know! We’ve been told my numerous patients and it’s common knowledge even amongst staff, that dentistry in Australia can be expensive. The cost of delivering beautiful dentistry in an environment where you have a team focussed on making a visit to the dentist as comfortable as possible, is not easy.

However, we know that we are able to deliver you a quality of care that isn’t easy to find at a standard dental clinic or from an overseas clinic. We go above and beyond to ensure our infection control practices are at the highest level possible to ensure that your health is looked after whilst you’re having dental procedures done at the clinic. We can assure you that we follow the rigorous guidelines set by the Australian Dental Association.

However, we want to go one step further for you, our valued clients who we want as lifelong patients. At Enso Dental in North Perth, we have a quality assurance policy in place. This isn’t a “guarantee” or “warranty”. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee or warranty work, especially when synthetic materials are in a warm, wet and biologically unfriendly environment such as the mouth.

However, here’s our promise to you. Every time we create a work of dental art in your mouth i.e. a filling, a crown or anything that is custom fabricated to your specific mouth, we want to stand by our work for at least 15 years.

This means, that if anything happens during the next 15 years and the work we do for you, does not last our expected timeframe, we will re-do or repair the work for you at no additional cost to you.

What’s your only obligation? We would like you to follow our prescribed attendance schedule for clinical reviews and maintenance. We call these visits our continuing care appointments. It implies that although we believe in the quality of your work, we need your efforts to maintain and care for the work provided. We believe that if you watch your diet to ensure it’s low in sugar, brush and floss regularly and attend regularly to your continuing care appointments, the dental work we provide for you can last even well beyond the quality assurance period.

The quality assurance concept is part of the promise to you to build a long-term relationship with you where you don’t need to see another dental clinic. We would love to look after you, your friends and family for life. After all, you only get one set of teeth for your life…why not give us the chance to care for them just as long?
